The New Jersey Lighthouse Society held it's quarterly meeting at the Riverview Inn in Pennsville, New Jersey on March 29, 2014.
During the meeting the Lighthouse Society presented representatives of the Finns Point Rear Range Lighthouse with a commemorative plaque in memory of George Naill.
Mr. Naill was a dedicated volunteer with NJLHS and also at Finns Point Rear Range Lighthouse. One of his goals was to have the lens from the Finns Point Lighthouse on public display. Thanks to the NJLHS a display case for the lens was built and the lens is currently on display in the office at Finns Point Lighthouse.
The plaque will be mounted on the display cabinet in George's memory.
